1. What areas do you cover?

We are based in Nottinghamshire and cover the entire East Midlands including Derbyshire, Nottingham, Leicestershire, South Yorkshire, and surrounding areas. We also plan UK-wide and destination events on request.

2. Do you offer full planning or just on-the-day support?

Both.
We can take care of everything from start to finish (full planning), or we can step in closer to the date to run the event for you (on-the-day coordination). It’s completely up to you.

3. How far in advance should we book you?

For weddings and large events, we recommend booking 6–12 months in advance.
For private parties, celebrations, and smaller events, 2–3 months is usually enough.
We also accept last-minute bookings if we have availability.

4. How much do your services cost?

Every event is different, but here’s a guide:

  • Private parties: from £350

  • Corporate events: from £500

  • On-the-day wedding coordination: from £750

  • Full wedding planning: from £2,500

5. Can you work with our preferred suppliers?

Absolutely. We’re happy to work with your chosen suppliers, or we can recommend trusted professionals we regularly work with — catering, décor, entertainment, venues, photographers, and more.

6. Do you offer payment plans?

Yes. We offer flexible payment plans depending on the size and timeline of your event. This helps spread the cost and keeps things manageable.

7. What happens on the day of the event?

We take full control of the schedule, suppliers, setup, timings, and guest flow.
Your job is simple: enjoy your event while we handle everything behind the scenes.

8. Can you plan an event at my home or garden?

Yes — we regularly plan garden parties, marquee setups, home celebrations, and private gatherings. We can arrange marquees, lighting, décor, catering, toilets, heating, and more.

9. Do you handle corporate bookings?

Yes — from small private business dinners to conferences, launches, awards evenings, and VIP hosting. We can also work confidentially under NDA if required.

10. What if I don’t know where to start?

11. Do you offer children’s and family events?

Yes — birthdays, christenings, family gatherings, seasonal events, school proms, and more. We can supply decorators, entertainers, inflatables, and themed setups.
